Procedure & cost
A fixed full arch is $24,000–35,000 per arch in the US and about $9,000–14,000 in Mexico. This is the single biggest dollar saving in dental tourism.
| Procedure | Typical US price | Typical Mexico price | Saving |
|---|---|---|---|
| All-on-4 full arch (per arch) Four implants supporting a fixed full-arch bridge. Price usually includes the final prosthesis. |
$24,000–$34,000 | $9,000–$14,000 | 60% |
| All-on-6 full arch (per arch) Six implants per arch for heavier bites or lower bone density. |
$28,000–$40,000 | $11,000–$16,500 | 60% |

All-on-4 replaces a full arch of teeth with a bridge anchored on four implants; All-on-6 uses six, for heavier bites or lower bone density. Both are usually quoted per arch — double it for a full mouth.
The quote should say what the final prosthesis is made of. An acrylic-on-titanium bridge is the standard inclusion; a zirconia bridge looks better and lasts longer but adds $1,500–3,500 per arch. A temporary set is fitted the same day; the permanent one comes 3–6 months later.
This is a surgical procedure with sedation. It's worth choosing a clinic with an in-house oral surgeon or prosthodontist, a CBCT scanner, and its own lab — and worth reading how the clinic handles complications.
The surgery and a temporary bridge are done in one visit of about 5–7 days. The permanent bridge requires a second trip after healing, or is shipped and fitted by a local dentist.
That depends on your bone volume and bite force, which a CBCT scan shows. Don't let price alone decide it; ask two clinics to justify their recommendation from your scan.
Los Algodones and the other border towns are the lowest. Cancún and Los Cabos run 30–40% higher but bundle the trip. Use the price tool to compare your exact case.
